What should I do if I’m not sure what the problem is?
That’s exactly what we’re here for! Some customers prefer to chat with The Softtree. Our technician can remotely assess your computer to either fix the issue or identify the cause. The Softtree offers convenient, immediate support available 24×7.
Can you replace my hard drive?
The Softtree does not provide hardware repair services. If your issue requires a hard drive replacement, we can diagnose the problem and help you understand what needs to be done.
My computer is very old. Can you still help?
We can certainly try. However, repairing an older computer can sometimes cost more than replacing it. If your computer is over four years old, it may be worth considering your options. If you need assistance setting up a new computer, The Softtree is here to help.
Can you help me add memory to my computer?
Adding memory requires access to the internal components of your computer. Since The Softtree does not provide hardware support, we can diagnose the issue and determine whether additional memory is needed.
